    Maureen Waithaka

    Picture
My name is Maureen Waithaka. I am a writer, a self-confessed word-addict. I am a student of the universe and I mostly write creative pieces to let people see the world how I see it. I also do real life, positive pieces about people that are making a difference, because they have good energy. When I am not writing, I’m reading or travelling or swimming, but mostly I am treating sick children, because my alter ego is a doctor.

The charity I support: Dagoretti Children’s Home for abandoned and special needs children in Nairobi, Kenya.

Korea is great, but I miss Canada terribly.   I love languages. I've learned Chinese for two years - although I've forgotten most of it - and a little bit of French. I love puppies and I love writing random things on random topics.
