What We Can Offer You
Freedom. Do what you want to do how you want to do it; cover only stuff that interests you and cover it how you'd like. We edit posts only as much as we need to, and you won't lose your unique voice or be pigeonholed into doing any one thing for us—say, only writing about music—unless that's what you want. We don't have a house attitude or house opinion that we'll impose on you. But in spite of all the independence you'll have, you're not in it alone: editors and the rest of the staff are always there to help.
Exposure. Felice has become an alternative media force to be reckoned with. We're still the most popular (and, we think, best) website of its kind in the world, and all sorts of cool people—celebrities, newspaper and magazine writers and editors, politicians, musicians, bloggers, photographers, designers, whoevers—read us every day.
Money. All of our contributors have a charity that they support. For each article you write, we will donate a specified amount of money to a charity of your choice.

What We Look For In A Contributor
Talent. You're really good at what you do, and you understand that quality always trumps quantity. You have your ear to the ground and know when interesting & uplifting stuff is happening (or has happened) in your community. You make mistakes rarely, and learn from them if and when you do. You learn quickly, and you can write (or photograph or illustrate or whatever it is you do) under a deadline without being sloppy.
Commitment. You are comfortable contributing at least once a month, every month, and when you say that you'll do something, you'll do it. (Oh, and you'll do a wicked job at it. See: above.)
Enthusiasm. You really, really, really, really care about the world, and you really, really, really, really want to work for us. You follow Felice regularly and know how we do things, but you're also eager to add your voice to the site and make us even better.

Requirements
As part of our Youth Reporters Program, all of our reporters must be aged 12 to 25, in a mission to get more youth involved in world affairs, and occupy their time to ensure that they are not becoming involved with the wrong crowds.
